RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Aynaa, we strive to ensure your satisfaction is our top priority with every purchase. Please note that all shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds; however, we are happy to assist with exchanges.
• Exchange Window: Exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping both ways for exchanges and ship the parcel within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Wrong Product Received: In the rare event of receiving the wrong product, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.
Kindly note that items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed.
