Exchange Window
Exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping both ways for exchanges and ship the parcel within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Wrong Product Received
In the rare event of receiving the wrong product, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.
